This Quebec Heritage Cider immediately announces its presence with a very lively upon opening character, pouring a beautiful, pale golden hue into the glass. The effervescence is persistent and abundant, making it clear this is not a still cider but a joyous, fully sparkling expression of one.
The nose is rustic and inviting. The primary aromatic signature is a rich, evocative note of fermented apple mash, which speaks to the high sugar and aromatic content of the classic eating apples used (McIntosh, Cortland, and Lobo).
